A banner on the fence gets seen by the people already at the game.

Youth sports sponsorship has looked the same for thirty years. You buy a banner, or your name goes on the back of a jersey, and it stays at the field. Meanwhile every parent on that sideline is filming, posting and sharing all season, and none of it has your name on it.

Your logo on every clip and every reel

Burned into the video by our render pipeline, at the bottom of the frame, on every highlight from that team's games all season. It travels with the clip into group chats, Instagram stories and grandparents' inboxes. Not an overlay a viewer can switch off, and not our logo instead of yours.

The reels are yours to post

Every highlight reel from the season, cleared for your own channels. Your logo is already in the frame, so you're posting your own advertising and the team's best plays at the same time.

A login to watch the season

Your own view-only account. Watch the games, pull the clips you like, follow how the team you backed is doing. You can't change anything, and you won't get billing access.

A "Proud sponsor of the {Team}" graphic for your socials and your shop window, and an announcement post the club runs when the season tips off.

A business can back a team that hasn't signed up yet. A coach can raise the money before they've onboarded. Neither side waits on the other to start.

Back a team in three steps

  1. Name the team. Tell us who you want to back. If you don't have the coach's email, we'll go and get it.
  2. Pay $750. Card payment, business invoice straight away. We email you the claim link and a short message to forward to the coach.
  3. The coach claims it. They set the team up, we load your logo, the season starts. Not claimed inside 30 days and we refund you in full.

Where we draw the line

No exceptions on those categories. The club also gets the final say on who sponsors them. This is youth sport, and the coach is the one who has to stand over it on Monday morning.

A sponsor gets a view-only login to the team they paid for and the highlight reels to post. They don't get the roster's contact details, the billing, or the ability to change anything. The coach approves the sponsor's access when they claim the season, and can pull it.

Before you ask.

Do I get access, or do I just pay? +

You get access. A view-only SportsVisio login for the team you're backing, so you can watch the games and pull the clips. You can't change the roster, the schedule or the billing, and you won't get near anyone's personal details.

Can I post the highlights on my own social channels? +

Yes. The reels are cleared for your channels, and your logo is already burned into them. The club knows and agrees to it when they claim the sponsorship.

What logo file do you need? +

A transparent PNG, wider than it is tall. We size it and place it. One logo per team per season.

What if the coach never claims it? +

Thirty days, then we refund you in full. You don't have to chase us for it.

Can two businesses split a team? +

Not yet. There's one logo slot per team so the branding stays clean. Sponsor a second team instead.

Is this a charitable donation? +

No. We're not a charity and we don't give tax advice. You get a standard business invoice from SportsVisio for a sponsorship.

Who owns the account? +

The club. You're funding the season and watching it, not running it.

Can I sponsor the same team next season? +

Yes, and you get first refusal before we offer the slot to anyone else.
