What will it cost per game?
Tell us how many games you run in a year and how many courts you need covered. We'll show the all-in cost per game for every camera option, hardware included. The more you film, the less each game costs.
At 100 games a year or more you're on the league rate of $30 per game, which includes full advanced analytics and your own branded league domain. Below that, games are priced at the Coach Mode season rate of $37.50 per game — the best per-game rate available to a single team. SV Capture and Save My Play are paid off per game, so once the device cost is covered that charge stops and your cost per game drops to the games rate alone. Veo and Spiideo are annual subscriptions and continue for as long as you use them.

How leagues pay for it
Most operators don't treat this as a cost line. Two ways the season pays for itself.
Fold it into registration
$30 a game is $15 a team — roughly $2 a player. Built into the season fee at registration, the league never writes a check, and every family gets film, stats, and their kid's own highlight reel for it.
Let sponsors fund it
A local business pays $750 to put its logo on every clip and highlight reel one team posts all season. A handful of sponsored teams covers a league's entire bill — ask us about sponsored seasons.
How paying for the camera works
You pay for hardware as you use it, not on a calendar. No balloon payment, no buyout, no surprise at the end.
Paid off by the games you film
SV Capture adds $0.75 a game and Save My Play $1.25 a game, on the same bill as your games. The charge stops the moment the device cost is covered and the camera is yours. Film more and you own it sooner.
Stop early, send it back
If you stop before the device is paid off, the per-game charge stops with you and we send a prepaid return label. Nothing further is owed on the hardware.
While it's ours, it's your responsibility
Until a device is paid off, or for as long as a subscription camera is with you, you're accountable for the replacement cost if it is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen.
Faults are on us
Normal wear and hardware failure are ours. If a camera stops working through no fault of yours we replace it and the lease carries on unchanged.
Questions
What counts as a game?
One uploaded game video, any length up to a full game. Every game in your plan comes back with stats and highlight reels for both teams.
Do I own the camera?
It depends which one. SV Capture and Save My Play are ours to begin with and become yours once the device cost is paid off through the per-game charge — no buyout and no final payment. Veo and Spiideo are annual subscriptions we run on your behalf, so those cameras stay with us for as long as you use them.
What happens if I stop before the camera is paid off?
The camera comes back to us. The per-game charge stops when you stop and we send a prepaid return label. Nothing further is owed on the hardware. Subscription cameras work the same way — the subscription ends and the camera comes back.
What if a camera is damaged, lost, or stolen?
While the camera is still ours it is your responsibility, so you are accountable for the replacement cost if it is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen. Normal wear and hardware faults are ours — if it stops working through no fault of yours we replace it and nothing about your pricing changes.
Can I change plans or add cameras later?
Any time. Plans upgrade mid-season and additional cameras can be added to the same subscription.
Do I need a camera to use SportsVisio?
No. Bring your own phone, tablet, or camera and upload the footage — the stats and highlights work the same way. The camera packages exist for programs that want every game captured without anyone having to press record.
What sports are supported?
